TRAINING PROGRAM
We at Neighborhood Restaurant Partners, LLC believe that training is fundamental to your success and building a successful career. If you become a new management team member, you will begin with a fast-paced, packed 10-week training program that is performance-based. During this program at a certified training facility, the MIT (Manager in Training) is taught the basics of food preparation, guest service, financial management and other skills through a combination of hands-on experience and self-guided study. Following your in-store training, you will continue with two weeks of structured transition at your assigned restaurant which allows you to familiarize yourself with the staff and management team. As part of your training, you will spend a day in the Restaurant Support Center to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources presented by people who share their passion to serve you. At this time, you will meet and interact with other new managers from the Atlanta market.
